Our Story
Founded in 2024 by a team of engineers and recruiters who experienced firsthand how broken hiring is—qualified candidates rejected by ATS, biased interviews favoring cultural similarity over competence, and talented people overlooked because they lacked "polish." We built JobUAI to be the hiring system we wished existed.
